If you are applying for the Advanced Class, we need a hard copy of your certificate of completion of the basic education course for activities professionals, and verification of employment on company letterhead with the practicum supervisor's name and title.

Please send those documents along with your personal check, cashiers check or money order. You will be sent a log in and password via email and your text books and study guide by US mail. Log in, password information, and written support materials for students paying by personal check will not be sent until the check has cleared our bank.

From the time you receive your confirmation, log-in and passwords, you will have eight calendar months to complete this course. No exceptions can be made. At the end of the eight month period, your log in and password will no longer access the course.
